All Orders
After placing an order online or via email, you will receive an order confirmation via email confirming your order details.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), please contact us on our FREECALL 1800 654 911 as soon as possible.
For custom or made-to-order products, we will advise your estimated manufacture completion date once your order has been processed.
Tax invoices are generally issued once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch on in-stock items.
Important Delivery Notice
Upon delivery, please inspect all goods immediately for transit damage.
Any damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims may not be accepted if advised outside this timeframe.
Small Items
Small items such as Whiteboard Accessories are generally dispatched within 24 hours.
- Delivery will be quoted at checkout or prior to dispatch where applicable for orders under $150
- Tracking details will be provided where available
- Full payment is required prior to dispatch
Large Boards
In-stock large boards are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days via courier or our own delivery vehicles.
- IMPORTANT: *Additional freight charges may apply for large boards (over 1800 x 1200) due to palletised or sensitive delivery. Freight charges are calculated based on delivery location, order size and product weight or dimensions. (quoted at our discretion)
- For made-to-order products, standard manufacturing lead times are approximately 15 business days, unless otherwise advised. If your order is urgent, we will do our best to prioritise production where possible upon request.
- Note: Delivery timeframes apply to metro areas including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth only.
Please note: If the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or there is no one available to accept delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Pick-Up Policy
Where collection has been arranged, customers must ensure they have a suitable vehicle large enough to transport the boards.
- Pick up available by prior arrangement only
- Boards must not be transported on roof racks or ute trays
- Any damage incurred during customer transport is not covered under warranty
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe loading and transport
