1. Items supplied NOT in accordance with your Order;
We will meet all Freight Costs and resupply items; in some instances we may offer a discount in lieu of resupply
2. Items incorrectly Ordered;
Standard items may be returnable with a restocking fee of 20% plus return & resupply freight costs borne by you
3.Custom Items;
Items are returnable only at our discretion. If authorised, a restocking fee will be agreed plus return & resupply freight costs to be borne by you. In most cases, custom manufactured boards are non-refundable
5. Damaged items.
Images of damage are required in order for a claim to be processed.
Any claims notified later than 48 hours after delivery will be deemed valid only at our discretion.
Our Warranty does not apply to: Damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse that may arise from Installation and handling.
